What is Greek / Arabic medicine?
The new way of healing is the oldest in the world. Thousands of people are in their eyes, in medicine, in the present, in the millenniums, in Ayurveda, in China, in El Greco / in the Arab and in the Herbal Tradition of Mesoamerica.
Never like now with modern medicine, just with a pill and go! But never like now we find a greater number of contraindications and side effects in our processes of overcoming a disease. We have never focused on correcting the symptoms.
"Learning to understand and respect our own nature, listen to what our body asks of us and act, in common, is a common denominator of all ancestral medicines, a common denominator that has not changed or been contradicted over the centuries" , says Dr. Jorge Reskala and adds: "If we learn to interpret our body we could take care of their well-being at the moment of limiting a fight against the evil that is present".
For Greek / Arabic medicine, our body has a clear language. It is only a matter of knowing how to listen and interpret their signals.
Greek / Arabic medicine is an ancient medicine that began with the Greeks in the 4th century BC. with hippocrates and that was later taken up by the Arabs in the doctor with the doctor Avicenna. It is practiced today in several Asian countries and in the Middle East such as India, Pakistan, Iran and Egypt among others. Its principles, diagnostic and therapeutic methods have survived the test of time because of the positive results it offers in the prevention and treatment of a large number of ailments.
One of the pillars of Greek / Arabic medicine is a correct diet appropriate to the biotype that corresponds to each person. The Greek / Arabic medicine manages four biotypes that correspond to four morphologies and personality characteristics that are determined by the metabolism.
In the words of the father of medicine, the Greek Hippocrates: "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food". Most health conditions can be corrected with a proper diet.
According to Greek / Arabic medicine, the natural state of the body is health and when we get sick what really heals us is the Tabiya'at "or the intelligence lived from the body (the phylogenetic inheritance of the organism). So the role of the doctor is to be an interpreter between the body and the sick person to help remove the cause of the disease and facilitate what helps the body to heal.
